Website Usage
Locate products
1. Visually - When you are not sure of the item you need.
Start by clicking the PRODUCTS tab at top to see the available categories. Choose your category and click on the image to display what's inside. Continue clicking on the resulting pictures until you get to the products with the prices. From there you can click on the image again for even more details. 2. Using Categories Menu - When you know exactly what you are looking for. If you don't see the Categories Menu on the left of the page click E-Store Home. Click the category of interest and it will open. Click the required subcategory and continue clicking until you get to the product of interest. When you click on the product, the item will open in the window on the right. Determine the available colors
To see the available colors open the SELECT COLOR box.
Refer to the color charts to know what the available colors look like. Check a previous order
Log into your account.
Go to My Account ---> Orders ----> Review previous Orders. Repeat a previous order
Log into your account.
Go to My Account ---> Orders ----> Review previous Orders. Find the order, click Yes Restore and then checkout again. Note you can further modify the restored order by adding or deleting items. Check the status of an order
Log into your account.
Go to My Account ---> Orders ----> Review previous Orders. You can see if the order has been processed or if it has any special status. Review or change an order
Most orders you place with ALLSTARCO enter the shipping process very quickly in an effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
If you need to contact us in regards to an issue about your unshipped order please follow these steps. Log into your account. Go to My Account ---> Orders ----> Review previous Orders. Click TRACK- Yes to send us an Order Tracking Message. Messages between you and ALLSTARCO are visible at the bottom of the page. Track UPS shipments
The UPS tracking number is emailed to you by UPS Quantum View as soon as your order is shipped.
If you have not received your tracking number please check your spam filter for an email from UPS. You may also want to verify that your account with us has a good email address. If you need the tracking number resent to you, please send us a Tracking Message as above. Update email and contact information
Log into your account using your existing email.
Go to My Account ---> Customer Registration ----> Change address Details. Image size versus actual product size
You cannot make a determination about the real size of an item
from the pictures on our website because monitor sizes and resolution
will vary.
To understand the size we suggest you see the size charts. We also highly recommend you to refer to a ruler. Afterwards, if you are still unsure about the size you may submit a sample request. |
