Return Policy

Returns
are allowed for items ordered in error provided you contact us within
10 days of receipt of your order.
Certain items are subject to an exception. Please see the RETURN
POLICY EXCEPTIONS below.
All returns are subject to a $5 return processing fee. Exchanges are
treated as a new order.
Under no circumstances do we accept returns after 30 days. NO RETURNS
on items from our clearance section or on special orders.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
Login to your account, go to Orders, and then Review
Previous Orders.
Click on the Order Number and then click on RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization).
Give us a brief explanation about why you wish to make a return, and
let us know if it's the entire order you want to send back, or just
certain items.
We will answer you promptly and send you the return instructions and
an RMA form to include with your package. Unauthorized returns may
be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any costs
we may incur in receiving your package.
Please note that:
1. We do not refund the outbound shipping cost.
2. If the order was shipped for free, the original shipping costs
will be deducted from the RMA amount.
3. The return shipping cost is your responsibility, and depending
on the value, insuring it may be recommended.
4. All the items should be returned unopened in their original protective
packaging.
Damages & Errors
All of our orders are packed carefully to avoid damage during shipment.
If damage occurs in transit then contact the carrier who delivered
your order. If we made an error please contact us within 7 days. We
will correct our mistakes at our expense.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Clear Acrylic Cabochons
If you have never ordered this product before we strongly advise that
your first order be for one unit only of the smallest quantity
for each type so that you can determine the fitness for your use.
If this is your first order and you order more than the minimum amount,
or if you order the bulk pack, we will not allow any returns. If you
have ordered this item before, and for some reason are disatisfied,
then we will allow your return under the conditions of our regular
return policy as stated above.
Attaching Equipment and Dies
All dies and attaching equipment are subject to a 25% restocking
fee. |
