Return Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have ordered in error or items are not exactly as you expected, you may return them provided you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order..

Fine Print
1. Returns are assessed a $5 processing fee.
2. We do not refund the original outbound shipping cost.
3. If the order was shipped for free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.
4. The cost to ship goods back to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
6. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
7. No returns on items from our clearance section or on custom orders.
8. Exchanges: The goods are returned according to our policy and a new order is created.
9. Clear Cabochons and Machinery have special conditions. Please see Return Policy Exceptions below.

Shipment Errors
If we made an error on your order please contact us within 7 days.
We will correct our mistakes at our expense.


MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
Login to your account, go to Orders, and then Review Previous Orders.
Click on the Order Number and then click on RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Give us a brief explanation about why you wish to make a return, and let us know if it's the entire order you want to send back, or just certain items. If you want to return only certain items from your order, please list them clearly with the sku, color code and quantity.

We will answer you promptly and send you the return instructions and an RMA form to include with your package. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional charges.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
1. Clear Acrylic Cabochons
Clear acrylic cabochons are high quality scratch sensitive products that are packaged accordingly. Do not order the large package format of these products unless you have previously assesed that they are suitable for your use. (You can send a sample request to us).
If you order the large package format without prior experience with the product we may deny your return request. If products are removed from there protective packaging they absolutely cannot be returned. This is to protect other customers.
If you have ordered this item before, and for some reason are disatisfied, then we will allow your return under the conditions of our regular return policy as stated above.

2. Attaching Equipment and Dies
All dies and attaching equipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
