If you have elected to ship via UPS and would like to track your order, please go to the UPS website and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status. You will receive your tracking number automatically by email upon shipment.

Canada Post does not accept requests for special delivery instructions such as "leave on the back porch," etc.   UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box

Customers choosing to waive required signatures for express deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our facilities.


Lost Mail Packages
On rare occasions, a package sent by mail may not arrive at its destination by the due date. The due date is normally 15 days from the date of the Order Processed email notification.
If your package is late, you must notify us within 14 days of the due date.
You may be required to sign and return a document confirming that your package was never received, in order that we can make a claim with the post office.
Then we will reship your order.
